We offer a 7-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund, not including shipping costs. The returned item(s) must be in their original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
Proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order number, will be required to process the return.
Items that have been used, damaged, altered, or show signs of wear and tear beyond normal usage will not be eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Provide your order number and the reason for your return.
Our customer support team will guide you through the return process, provide you with a return authorization number, and give you instructions for sending the item(s) back to us.
Pack the item(s) securely, along with the return authorization number, and ship them to the address provided by our customer support team.
Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify that they meet the conditions outlined above, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Exclusions
Please note that certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.
